Sidetracked

I should really be doing observational work, but I keep getting distracted by stupid things. Like how I can't decide how much I want to stylize whatever I draw.  And then I found a box of crayolas - it all went downhill from there.

 

Gotta get back to more productive work now.

Figure Drawing and Experimenting

Went to AFA Gallery's Life Drawing today! I had a lot of fun! :D Miss being able to do this more than once a week.

Some sketches from early last semester! I kind of like these. Don't look at my horrible handwriting!

And more sketches from this summer. I have no idea where I'm going right now, but I'm trying to focus more on form! And composition - I'll admit I haven't touched that yet.

Spring Break

Not much to show right now. Some different concepts for a character we'll get to sculpt in 3D and owl designs for TA. I've been trying to push my shapes more.

It's been awhile. My time here at Ringling has been pretty awesome so far, and I'm having a blast. I love my experience so far. Having a lot of fun learning new stuff!
